Spiritual Happy Hour

The main topic for the April 26 Spiritual happy hour will be an Introduction to the Sacral Chakra. This is our power center for relationships and interactiions with others. It affects our feelings and emotons, creativity, sexual energy and vitality. When the Chakras are balanced regularly we are better able to navigate our lifes with ease and grace and live in balance, joy, love, abundance, and harmony.

Sandra's intention for these gatherings is to create a space where Divine love, light and wisdom is expressed and shared with those open to receive.

These online gatherings are intended to provide a safe, sacred, inspiring and light-hearted space to explore the spiritual aspects of our nature in a universal, inclusive and non-dogmatic way. Sandra recognizes that we all have different experiences and soul lessons in this lifetime and are all at different stages in the spiritual awakening process. Sandra will facilitate and co-create these gatherings with those present and will incorporate breath work, prayer and intentions, vibration raising exercises and tools. She will briefly present spiritual and self mastery topics for exploration and will offer opportunities for interaction for attendees who wish to meet other like-minded souls (Question & Answer) and breakout rooms. 

Consider this a gift you give to yourself for deeper self-exploration on the spiritual side of things, meeting other people who are also interested in raising their consciousness, and having heart-centered conversations. 

We will be dropping out of the logical linear mind and into the heart to explore new possibilities for ourselves and the new Earth. Sandra was raised Catholic but takes a Universal view and has studied the teachings of Jeshua/Yeshua (Jesus), Mother Mary, Saint Germain, Buddha, Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, Abraham, The Guides (Melchezidek) channeled by Paul Selig, the Council channeled by Sara Landon, A Course in Miracles, etc.
