Return Policy

For jewelry: customers can request a similar replacement or refund if they receive a damaged or defective product within 30 days of the purchase date. Customer will need to provide photographic proof of the damage or defect.

For Apparel - We handle returns for damaged, misprinted, or defective items, but not for general customer remorse or incorrect size choices. Customers can report issues within 30 days of delivery for replacements or refunds. If a package is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, Sandra's production partner will offer to reship the order.

 For home decor, wall prints, accessories, or stationery: purchased through Pixels/Fine Art America returns are subject to their return policy and processed through them. They offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
