Return Policy

For jewelry: customers can request a similar replacement or refund if they receive a damaged or defective product within 30 days of the purchase date upon receipt of photographic proof of the damage or defect.

For Apparel - We handle returns for damaged, misprinted, or defective items and will honor exchanges for incorrect size.

Customers can report issues within 14 days of delivery for replacements or refunds.
