For jewelry - customers can request a similar replacement or refund if they receive a damaged or defective product within 30 days of the purchase date upon receipt of photographic proof of the damage or defect.
For Apparel - We handle returns for damaged, misprinted items and will honor exchanges for incorrect sizes. Customers can report issues through the website contact form within 14 days of delivery for replacements or refunds.
